I offer a set of project management skills and services. So far, I have been working as a subcontractor for major training providers in BENELUX and France. Now I am ready for direct engagements with interested clients.

I am an experienced trainer, facilitator, and PMO consultant. My specific service offerings include:

Analysis of the client's project management needs
PRINCE2 training (or other methodologies via partners)
Tailoring workshops for the organization and pilot projects
Ongoing project, programme, portfolio support, PMO set-up
Sustainability integration in projects and the portfolio, and across the business.

Each component can be delivered individually, but a comprehensive process combining all of them will give the strongest results and the greatest value.

The support for projects, programs, and portfolios encompasses a common project management framework, adaptable standards, processes, proven tools and techniques, as well as documentation, data gathering, planning, and communication.

As a facilitator, I design and run facilitated workshops addressing any theme or challenge my clients may face, particularly in areas such as project management, risk management, and organizational change and development.

Regarding sustainability, I guide the integration of a sustainability perspective into projects, specifically with environmental impacts mapping and the implementation of appropriate follow-up actions.

I work in English and in French.
