As a board member, I help guide the strategic direction of the organization. With the rest of the board, we provide oversight, make key decisions on policies and budgets, ensure legal and ethical integrity, and support the leadership team. We are responsible for acting in the best interest of the organization and contributing their expertise to help it achieve its mission.
