merger integration, ensuring alignment of processes, governance, and

workforce structures across multiple entities and countries. 700 people fintech.

strategies, and talent retention during organisational transition.

Partnered with HR, Strategy, and Operations to drive change adoption through

targeted campaigns, storytelling, and structured plans.

Participated in consultations and negotiations with European and local Works

Councils (FR, LU, SE). Point of contact for EWC.

Member of the Group Extended Management Committee supporting the

development of a future-proof organisation for the business line.

Led the change & communications programme on 2 acquisitions and integrations, using different channels to bring the teams, divisions, organisations and branches together: culture assessment, culture compass (desired culture and behaviours), change agents network, knowledge sharing sessions, training, etc. Advanced the brand, identity and reputation of the organisation and led the communication streams on strategic transformation programmes, including M&A, Corporate Identity & Branding, New Ways of Working post pandemic, and a number of reorganisations. Advised and guided senior leaders in their communications towards various audiences (employees, social partners, future talents, external partners), writing speeches and messages, developing toolkits, Q&As and playbooks. Designed and launched Euroclear's first Connected event, which turned into a series of highly successful employee engagement events. Supported the CEO and Management Committee in communicating objectives and vision, developing communications guides and toolkits for managers, mobilising employees through In Conversation sessions and internal campaigning to deliver on the 5-year business strategy. Managed all internal & HR communications starting with the set-up of a center of excellence in communications and a team of 8 communications business partners for the large entities.
