Overall responsible for the market access of a digital therapeutic (DTx) in epilepsy. After I focused on the strategic planning of the digital therapeutic roadmap, globally.

Due to being part of a small team in a fast-paced environment, I covered the entire spectrum of the project from A to Z:
- Overall project management to meet German government requirements (data security, interoperability, clinical evaluation, go to market...).
- Monitoring of legislative changes and communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Clinical study strategy and execution, with medical stakeholders.
- Manage the submission process and communication flows with German government.
- Manage and advise on all aspects of pricing.

- Point of contact for all neurologists (BeNeLux) and responsible for onboarding process, with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Preparation of market analyses to assess the readiness of certain European countries for the digitalisation of the healthcare system.
- Congress budgets, planning and goal setting.
