I joined Synfac as Partner. Since my arrival I did some formations and trained for certificates in Business Intelligence, Azure Data Platform, Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks to improve my competencies and develop our BI Department.

I was responsible to implement importation data flow from operational systems to the bronze layer by using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake. That part was the first step to build a Data Warehouse based on Azure Data Cloud. After the Bronze Layer phase, I start to use Azure Synapse Studio to transform and modify the data from the Bronze Layer (csv, delta and parquet format) to save them on the Silver Layer. After that, the Silver Layer was used to build the Data Mart (Hub, Satellite, Links), Star Schema and workspace for the business users (Self Reporting BI for advanced users)

Implement the CRM on premise. Our client was still using CRM 2015 and wanted to migrate to the new version, on the cloud. I worked on the implementation of the CRM on premise. The goal was to completely replace the CRM 2015. Apart from the implementation, we also worked on the customization of the CRM platform regarding the client desires. I worked on the D365 (on premise) part, on the Sales and Visit Management. During the project I also worked on the Power Automate part, creating flows to automate some of the processes.

Role: Creating Data Mart & Data Warehouse (with Star Schema data structure), to display KPI through Azure Power BI.
