• Frontend architecture for scale-ups and product teams: design systems, performance, code organization, long-term maintainability
• Technical leadership: levelling up teams, architecture reviews, coding standards that hold up over time
I've also built and shipped my own SaaS in production (Bulletins Intelligents) — which taught me to think in terms of product outcomes, not just tickets.
