Nicolas Gourrin

Nicolas supports public entities and companies within their digital and IT strategy. In his different missions, he defined digital and IT strategy, developed business cases, drafted digital roadmap, supported IT department with the specification of business needs, assessed the operating models, developed the new organisations, empowered business thanks to digital product definition, and supported the digital transformation managing risks, optimising processes, and performing change management action. He is used to work with CxOs and Directors.

He gained strong project management experience acting as project manager on his different missions managing stakeholders, quality, workplan, resource allocation, budget and schedules.

Nicolas has a strong experience in business analysis models and frameworks as BPMN/UML, MoSCoW, SWOT, and Business Scorecard.

Graduated from engineering and business schools in computer science and innovation, passionate about Europe, Nicolas’ area of expertise is in digital strategy development, and sustainability.
