With 16+ years across argenx, UCB, Baxter and management consulting, I partner with CEOs and senior leaders to translate corporate vision into a clear strategy, roadmap, and practical execution engine (governance, portfolio prioritization, partners, cadence, and metrics) that delivers measurable outcomes in regulated environments.
