I have extensive experience leading multi-site organizations, cross-functional teams and corporate functions including HR, Finance, Marketing and Transformation, while ensuring strong operational performance and sustainable growth.

I am particularly passionate about change and transformation, guiding organizations through restructurings, integrations and strategic transitions — including active involvement in M&A processes, both acquisitions and the strategic divestment of XLG Home.
