I assist companies in identifying weaknesses and vulnerabilities in

computer systems, networks and end-users.

Projects include web application pentests, internal and external pentests

and phishing simulations for different clients ranging from the Belgian

Government, Insurance companies, SaaS providers, Major Construction

companies, …

My main task is to renew and consolidate the network (switches,

firewalls, wireless, NAC) for the whole site in Belgium.

I’m a member of the COE Networking at Group level and a project lead

for different Security projects at Group level.

Projects:

● Creation of automated and manual documentation of the Layer 2

and Layer 3 network

● Consolidate 11 firewalls/routers towards 2 clusters

● Consolidate original network of 85 switches to 62 new Meraki

switches

● Replace all 118 access points from different brands and

management console to Meraki

● Migrate all external services to an SD-WAN provider

● Decommissioning of 5 internet line

● Group wide deployment of an NDR solution

In the IT Systems department we ensure day-to-day operations of the infrastructure, including security, network, servers, databases, applications, etc. I'm Responsible for the management of ICT resources, policies, planning, budgeting, and training. In addition to this I try to reduce expenditure and try to limit damage by setting up controls, monitoring and planning for possible disasters. I still enjoy providing hands-on support during emergencies, outages, service transitions and projects.
