As a certified Odoo expert, I lead Odoo implementation projects across many industries both on the business and on the technical side.

I’ve led and supported teams through complex technology decisions — from architecture to implementation — acting as a technical lead or fractional CTO depending on the project context. I enjoy staying hands-on with technology while ensuring the broader system and business vision stay coherent.

• Delivered RFP proposals totaling €2M+ across multiple initiatives

• Facilitated cross-functional stakeholder alignment to create cohesive strategic vision

• Successfully merged two companies : Squareflow and Istarii. Active participation in the negotiation rounds, the due diligence process, the contract drafting and the change management with the merger of two company cultures into one.

• Grow the company from 12 to 27 people in around two years

• Managing projects and customer relationships with SME's from ten to a hundred people which are active in various fields : Jewellery, E-Commerce, Construction, Real Estate, Telecommunication, Sustainable Energy & Consulting.

• Expand the market to Luxembourg by working with clients well established in the country.
