Over the years I've worked end-to-end on enterprise software often as the sole designer on the product. Deliverables & Expertise
Portfolio Optimization & Data Quality Tools: Sole designer on two enterprise products, owning the full experience from research and concept through to shipped UI — balancing dense data visualization and multi-step decision flows while keeping the experience approachable for non-technical users.
Design System from the Ground Up: Co-founded Solventure's design system, setting up the foundational tokens, components, and patterns that now underpin product development across the suite.
UI Implementation with HTML & Tailwind:Wrote production HTML and CSS (Tailwind) to ship polished interfaces directly to users, and built interactive prototypes to validate ideas early — keeping design intent intact through to release.
Role & Responsibilities:

Designed end-to-end product experiences for Cheqroom's equipment management platform, helping teams (from production crews to enterprise IT) keep track of high-value, shared assets. Focused on evolving the product into an enterprise-ready solution while reducing churn through more intuitive onboarding experiences.

Deliverables & Expertise
Enterprise-Ready Product Design: Led the design effort to make Cheqroom enterprise-ready: shaping flows around roles & permissions, multi-workspace setups, SSO, and admin controls that meet the needs of larger organizations while staying approachable for smaller teams.
Onboarding & Churn Reduction: Redesigned the onboarding experience end-to-end, mapping new-user journeys and removing friction at key drop-off points. The result: faster time-to-value for new customers and a meaningful drop in early-stage churn.
Design System Foundations: Co-built Cheqroom's design system from the ground up — establishing the foundational tokens, components, and patterns that brought consistency across web and mobile, and helped the whole team ship new features faster.

Role & Responsibilities
Sole product designer at Cheqroom, owning end-to-end design across web and mobile from research through delivery. Collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, customer success, and customers to translate real-world equipment workflows into intuitive interfaces. Focused on building intuitive tools that help accountants advise company owners with clarity, most notably a wage optimizer that turns complex Belgian remuneration rules into clear, actionable recommendations.

Deliverables & Expertise
Wage Optimizer for Company Owners: Led the design of a wage optimization tool used by accountants to advise their clients on the most tax-efficient way to compensate themselves. Translated complex Belgian tax and social security logic into a clear, guided experience — helping accountants run scenarios, compare outcomes, and deliver advice with confidence.
Tools for Accountants: Sole designer across a suite of accountant-facing products, owning the full design process from research and discovery through to delivery. Worked directly with accountants to understand their daily workflows and pain points, and turned those insights into focused, efficient interfaces that fit naturally into how they already work.
Design System from the Ground Up: Founded Liantis' design system, establishing the foundational tokens, components, and patterns that brought visual and interaction consistency across products, and made it easier for the whole team to ship new features at pace and at quality.
