At HP, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Symantec I built and managed systems where failure was simply not an option. Real production environments, real stakes, real consequences.

That same mindset is what I bring to AI now.

Most people building AI today come from software or data science. They build impressive things. But they've never owned a system that had to work under pressure, satisfy auditors, or survive boardroom scrutiny.

I have. Many times over three decades.

Today I design and build AI systems that go beyond functionality. Systems that are auditable, explainable, and compliant with the regulatory reality every European business faces right now. The EU AI Act, GDPR, MiCA are design requirements for me, not afterthoughts.

What I build are multi-agent systems with full audit logging, human approval checkpoints, and sovereign local deployment. Not prototypes. Production systems built to last.

Current focus is AI governance architecture, compliant multi-agent workflows, EU AI Act and GDPR implementation, enterprise AI strategy, and keynote speaking on Responsible AI.

Stack: n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, Ollama, Python, Supabase, multi-agent orchestration, local LLM deployment.
