• Implementing Talent Management in the Netherland to increase engagement
• Refreshing (optimize, simplify, automate) the yearly performance management process to increase adoption, engagement and ef ciency
• Professionalising the hiring process
• Executing a companywide analysis of the Workforce to build a strategic planning and a restructuring
• Restructuring and cost saving exercises: internal costs, suppliers and people
• Promoting and animating of the Internal Social media platform "Buzz'n'Talk" (Msft Yammer) to increase adoption
