Coming from the pedagogy and from the psychology of the child, I began my professional life with the teaching in the primary school, I have been working for 20 years in qualitative market research.
I have an extensive experience of both focus group moderation and one-on-one depth interviewing. Groups can be split as follows : 40 % consumers (including children), 20% professionals (engineers, designers, architects, craftsmen, tyre dealers, etc.) and 40% medical specialists (GPs, Gastroenterologists, Neurologists, Hepatologists, Haematologists, Infectious Disease Physicians, Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, Pain Management Specialists/Rheumatologists).
I have experience of researching a full range of product development and lifecycle phases, including initial concept and design testing, product testing, packaging, advertising and taste testing.
Been used to work on international studies, I have an ability to become integrated quickly and to adapt myself to all the methodologies.
I am fluent in qualitative research methods including projective techniques, category mapping, collages, laddering, shopping groups, eye tracking, ethnographic research and others.
