I am software engineer with a strong systemic gut feeling. This means I love to work on the processes, organisation, tooling and people aspects of software development projects.

You can have the best developers in house, with the best business plan. But this doesn't mean a lot when a poor ability to execute results in defective products, ineffective features, or delayed deliveries. It doesn't mean a lot when those developers are frustrated about the way of working, and start leaving your company.

My aim is to work together with you on your software products/projects, towards a systemic setup that works for all stakeholders. Optimizing work-flow, eliminating waste, increasing happiness and achieving results.

Other than that, I am a experienced software architect with deep dives in Java back-end and (big) data platforms.
