Je suis un concepteur d'expérience utilisateur expérimenté avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience confirmée dans la conception UX. Je crois en la création d'expériences utiles et magnifiques qui définissent l'expérience utilisateur, les interactions et la conception pour les Web, mobiles (iOS, Android, Windows) et TV. Je travaille avec les équipes métier et produit pour identifier les besoins, animer des ateliers, créer le modèle d'interaction utilisateur, le flux de travail et les interfaces. Services by Airbus: A project to take the Airbus Services to the e-commerce market. I was actively involved in the end to end product lifecycle of this project using the agile methodology. Worked in collaboration with the business needs and user needs. Constantly provided my innovative design solutions that helped solve existing problems. Used paper pencil wireframes to convey and rationalize the ideas with the business. Provided high fidelity mock ups & guidelines to the developers for a smooth development.

UXiD: A project intended to homogenize the way of working and provide a collaboration platform to all the UX designers working on various projects in the UXiD team. Worked on user flows, user journeys, paper pencil wireframes and tested with designers. Collaboratively with designers/users to define categories that were useful for the designers using the platform. Worked on a call to tender with various subcontractors for the development of the portal. Provided details of the tasks, timelines and managed budgeting.

Geootrend: A spin off startup from Airbus Defence and Space, to build a tool to envisage market trends. As a lead UX, I organised workshops to gather user requirements. Having business requirements, I used the workshop data analysis to merge and design an effective way to visualize and present the intelligent data. Added features from continuous assessment of user needs and business needs. Worked in agile process to introduce iterative changes.

Cockpit application: A strategic tablet assistant for commercial pilots, developed at Navblue, an Airbus company. Consisting in an EFB (Electronic Flight Bag), containing a navigation system, a document viewer, a flight information (NOTAMs) manager, as well as a fuel consumption optimizer. Participated in regular meetings with Pilots to test and validate the features. Design centered approach in agile methodology to bring significant improvements to the flight experience

Quikr strategised to form vertical platforms from one horizontal platform. The first verticalization was the Quikr cars platform. Redefined the design experience for the Quikr Cars vertical using user research information available from analytics, interacting with core research team and gathered information about user requirements. Benchmarked with existing digital solutions in the market of used bikes and cars. Sketched out user journeys, touch points, pain points. Worked closely with business needs, user needs, to design effective solutions that made the experience smooth for the users. Worked in agile methodology with design sprint ahead of the developer sprint. Handed over specifications to the developers to smoothen the interaction between design and development. Continuously improved the experience via user test feedbacks and monthly analytics reports received from the analytics team.

Also collaborated with other verticals by handing over design guideline and standardisations of the UI elements. Bi-weekly meetings to discuss on each vertical’s progress. Introduced quick fixes on the other verticals and worked on standardising the chat feature across verticals.
